Holiday Return Window

For purchases made between November 15 and December 31, we offer an extended return period through January 18, 2026.

If your return request is created on or before December 31, your order will still follow our standard 30-day return window (whichever date is later). This ensures all holiday purchases receive at least 30 days to return.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your FairwayStyles purchase you can now use our on-line service to return your item(s).

Return Policies

Making a return or exchange can be managed by using our customer portal HERE. For additional support, please contact customerservice@fairwaystyles.com for support on how to facilitate a return or exchange. 

  1. You may return any item, with the exception of custom or personalized products or products labeled FINAL SALE*, within 30 days of receipt of the product for a complete refund of the product price.
  2. The return shipping and/or pickup costs will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund, except when the return is due to our error.
  3. Item must not be used nor altered and must include all inserts and accessories, if applicable.
  4. If the item has been used or is not in the same condition as it was sold,  your return will be refused unless the item is deemed defective.

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days of receipt and inspection of the items. If you paid for your order with a gift certificate and or credit card or PayPal combination the refund will be credited to the gift certificate first and balance will then be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account.
All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. 30 Day Playability items returned will be refunded via a FairwayStyles e-gift card.

When selecting Instant Exchange, please note that your replacement item(s) will be sent out when the return of your other item is tracked as en route back to our returns facility. A temporary credit card hold will be placed on the original form of payment. Once the original item(s) are received back and validated, the hold will be removed from your card. Any used, damaged, or otherwise unsellable product that was is not disclosed at time of return may be charged to your account and refund refused. 

*FINAL SALE* Any item that has been identified as FINAL SALE on the product page and in the checkout process, cannot be returned. Should a final sale item become defective, please reach out to Customer Service. These issues will be handled on a case-by case basis. 

International Returns

For returns from outside the continental US, you may use our on-line returns center but you are not eligible for a FedEx shipping label. You are responsible for choosing an international delivery service (not expedited) and paying all shipping costs, taxes, duties, and fees. You will be credited for your shipping cost if the return was due to a FairwayStyles error. Shipping charges for returned items that are not a result of FairwayStyles error will not be refunded. Please be sure to send a copy of your shipping charges with your package.

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days of receipt and inspection of the items. All refunds will be issued in US currency. The conversion from foreign currency to US currency depends on currency exchange rates. We issue refunds based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. If you paid for your order with a gift certificate and or credit card or PayPal combination the refund will be credited to the gift certificate first and balance will then be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. 30-Day Playability items returned will be refunded via a FairwayStyles e-gift card.

Return Shipping Charges

FedEx drop off charge $9.99 (savings of $4.00 on a $13.99 average) using our FedEx label.

What is Checkout+ (REDO)?

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange, refund, or store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Enhanced Exchanges with Checkout+ (REDO)

With Checkout+ (REDO), you now have the option to create an instant exchange for a different size or item that’s in stock. Here’s how it works:

  • At checkout, select Redo and choose exchange instead of refund.

  • Your new item will ship right away.

  • A temporary hold for the item’s value will be placed on your card until your original item is scanned in transit with the prepaid return label.

  • Once your return is in transit, the hold is released, and when we receive the item back, your order and inventory are updated automatically.

This makes exchanges faster, easier, and ensures you don’t miss out on the item you want while returns are still processing.

Shipping Promotions

Below are the terms and conditions for free shipping promotions:

  • A free shipping promotion applies only to shipping and handling expenses. Orders must be over the specified amount of the promotion.
  • A promotion only applies to the order subtotal. This excludes sales tax placed anywhere on the website or through the Customer Service Center.
  • Free shipping promotion applies to Economy shipping unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
  • Free shipping promotion only applies to delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. The promotion does not apply to shipments sent to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Box addresses. Orders must ship to a single address.
  • A promotion will apply as credit toward the shipping and handling fee.
  • Shipping promotions are not valid on previous trade-in, purchases, exchanges, trade-ins, or special orders.
  • Consumers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returned items.
  • Promotions are not valid for cash, cash equivalents, or towards previous purchases.
  • FairwayStyles can change or cancel the free shipping promotion at any time.

If a free shipping or similar promotion was applied to a prior order, the amount of that promotion will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer for any returned items. This excludes those returns that result from the error of FairwayStyles or product exchanges.

Product Promotions Terms and Conditions

Promotions are subject to certain restrictions listed below.

  • Product promotions are only available for items stated in the promotion.
  • Due to manufacturer restrictions, some items do not qualify for a discount.
  • One product promotion applies to each order.
  • Discounts will apply to an order's subtotal.
  • Prices for products offered via the .com website may change at any time.
  • Orders placed before expiration will receive the promotional discount.
  • Promotional discounts are only available while supplies last.
  • Promotional discounts are nontransferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash.

Promotions are subject to certain restrictions listed below.

  • Returning a product using a promotional discount will equal what you paid for the product. These returns are subject to applicable refund policies.
  • You must return all special promotion orders (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1 Free) in full to receive a refund.
  • You may separate combination or bundled returns.
  • We will void the applicable discount for returned combination or bundled items. The discount amount will deduct from the amount of the refund.
  • We will not issue a refund if the discount amount is greater than the refund amount.
  • You may receive a free gift on occasion (e.g. Free shirt with a purchase). You must return the free gift to receive a full refund. We deduct the cost of the gift from the refund amount if the gift is not returned with the order.
